what program do I need for shockwave flash object?

I have an unknown file and its shockwave flash object, (.swf)

i've just reinstalled XP and after IE7 update the page it runs at startup crashed IE cos of some flash issue...so installing flashplayer 9 beta fixed it...also there has been some IE crashing issues with flash player 9 and the beta version should fix some problems...

and here's fix to remove the runeonce page IE7 opens at start...
