Rep points are not showing exact numbers at any threads that I am in.

I have 27 rep points in total but somehow at my UserCP I can see them all 27 but outside at any topics that I am in it states I have 25 rep points and it is not growing at outside.

Forexample I got new rep point today and still it shows as 25 rep points at any topic that I am in.
