What's meth? I think it's an abbreviation of crystal meth but I'm still unsure what it is.

Ever read whats in crystal meth ? Scary shit. The sores on their bodies are from picking at the bugs they think are crawling beneath the skin. Eeew! Big problem in my part of the world.
