basically in fst people give their opinions about a tracker, and when many more people agree, this guy thats in control of it will change it. most of the type of the rankings are similar to eachother and also mostly many of them follows the tracker ranking here. so its not so different

There are overall level ratings, and also ratings based on content etc. Check out the thread, it has alot of info on the really good trackers.
I pretty sure he can't see that yet :P
