All you've got to do is find the address of your images off the web and put it where the space is inbetween these two tags.

I think the chap may be referring to sig / avatar.
There is a FAQ which explains this procedure old bean.

Just click the IMG button in your reply box and paste your url in the popup box :)

It's in the control panel but click here to change your avatar, or here to change your signature. :)

right clik any image-clik properties to find the adress
keep them under 500x500pxl or else theyr resized
