take a look around on the 'net for the Mecotek MX 4000 and the Liteon LVD 2001. they both use the same Sigma mpeg 4 decoder as the KISS players.
mpeg 4 on a dvd player is becoming very affordable. :D

i do have tv-out. an mpeg 4 dvd player is still a neat thing to own though.
