Games like rollercoaster tycoon?

I know this sounds weird..but I always liked the rollercoaster tycoon series for the amount of micromanagement and the ability to create something that was your vision. Park prices, ride prices, employees..all that cool stuff. Ive played games like city life and its just the same old thing over and over again..I lost interest fast.

Are there any newer games out there that have what I'm looking for?

Try zoo tycoon 2 with its addons ? thats the only one i can think of.

Or City Life thats a good one also.
