Pirated Microsoft Office can be traced as pirated?

If I were to use a pirated version of Office or Acrobat or any other word processing related software, and create a new file, would anyone be able to find out anything about my registration and activation information?

like if i make a .doc word document, would someone be able to find out my cd key, and stuff like that?

It doesn't really make sense that they can, because if someone gets my file, then they also get my registration information, and can pirate office...

i'm just looking for a firm definite answer. i might be writing a paper that I will publish in a magazine, and i don't want anything bad to come out of that...
