They dont say it in the FAQ or forums? It maybe best to ask in thier forums. To get a accurate answer.

Invites are given out every 10 days and depend on your stats:
Invites Stats
1
Downloaded 1-4 GB and ratio is greater than .90
2
Downloaded 4-7 GB and ratio is greater than .95
3
Downloaded 7-10 GB and ratio is greater than 1.00
4
Downloaded greater than 10 GB and ratio is greater than 1.05
also you get 1 invite for paid 0.5 $

The only way to get an invite there is by donating 0.5$ by sms (works only inside Romania). For foreigners talk with a sys-operator or an administrator there!
