2. i think that it can't be burned without a chuesheet (in cue is general information about .bin file)
The bin size does NOT have to be smaller than the CD size. I just burned CD1 of Ghost Ship to a CDR, and it was 805mb, and I burned it to a 800mb CD. How you ask? In this case, the length of the file is the issue. Disc one of Ghost Ship is 79 minutes long, and it fits on a CD which is an 80 minute CD. No overburning was necessary. Remember, the file size has nothing to do with the amount of data that can be held on the CD.
Also, this question is being asked alot lately. Bin files can be burned to disk, without a .cue file using Fireburner. Or, you can create your own .cue using Notepad. Good luck. :D --

try use WinISO and convert .bin to .iso
when u convert bin to iso, then u can burn iso to cd
http://www.winiso.com/
WinISO is a CD-ROM image file utility that can convert BIN to ISO, extract/edit/create ISO files directly, make bootable CDs and as a BIN/ISO converter/extractor/editor.
Here is a nice easy guide to burning .bin/.cue files
OMG!!! making .cue is sooo easy!!
i had to do it for unreal cd2 cos i forgot to d/l the cue as well
for a file say xxx.bin: :P
FILE "xxx.bin" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00
save in notepad as xxx.cue under all files... make sure its not under text file!!!!
