There are a couple of ways of doing this. If you computer has a TV out then you can plug in through your video. Or, you can burn to disc as a VCD - see how to instructions from muchspl2 HERE
This works - I have tried it today, however suggest you run the test first to make sure your DVD plyer is compliant.
