when you have the bin file you don't need the cue file to burn the bin file

do a search on Kazaa search with autosearch more checked, leve for 10mins.
I used "cm4 cue" came up with 15users so dwnloaded.
Try that
make one with notepad:
FILE "championship_manager_4.immersion.sharereactor.bin" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00
Type this into notepad and then save the file as a .cue file.
You can use this to make cue files for other games as well, just change the name to match the bin you want to burn.
Do a search for ims-cm4.cue on all media files
again, it`s really more simple to just create your own cues. Just copy, paste, save and there you go!
