theinquirer.net is reporting 3DMark 2003 scores of 12,535 for pre-production NV40 samples.
We all know about Nvidia "optimising" drivers for these benchmarks, so scores should be taken with a pinch or two of salt but the figures, if they are true, are impressive, no?
The inquirer has a habit of spreading rumours with no fact behind them, and in general reporting false information. I'd wait till the proper benchmarks are out.
Wait till proper benchies, people tend to spurt crap about these things. :P
