I've received the OVH seedbox and the OS is Ubuntu 7.10. So, can i access the seedbox trought remote desktop access ? i tried with the ip and i got a error.

Try using an SSH program like putty and connecting to your server on port 22 with the account login details provided
I just need the comands to install uTorrent via SSH or Putty

port 22 is the secure ftp port, this will not work, connect via PuTTY using the defaults and you will be able to log in to the server on a commandline.Quote:

One extra step though, the xorg server (X11 graphical shell) may not have been installed when the distro was loaded onto your server, to make sure an extra step is to apt-get install xorg this will install all of the components for the xorg server which is what you need to be able to run a vnc session and have utorrent running in a wine container in a graphical shell.
