my machine got upgraded in the shop, I got it back, tried to reinstall SP1 and it gave me crap about not being a good serial key, I can reinstall it from my working winxp disc or can I change the serial key without formating?

Yes. I've used it myself, and also passed this link on many times, with no other posters reporting problems. Just use the program. ;)

On the page i linked you, it says in big red letters at the top of the screen:-
There is really very little reason to do this procedure manually any longer, just download this program and use it to change your key. ;)

I tried it and it wont work :( its not changing my key and I still cant DL sp1, can anyboody pm me a WORKING key?
