Name me any tracker that you know its account will be banned in case of giving it away...

No site tolerates account giveaways. Any account that changes hands will be banned on any site. I can't think of one site admin that would allow an account to be given away.

becouse if MPAA want to have a spy on a tracker, they need to upload a bunch of stuff (so at least they will make a great boost to global piracy)... and not just trade buffered accounts :w00t:
