NSS scan for product error

i hate this stupid ass error. it use to scan my phone fine but now it wont. nemesis software suite is what it stands for if people that were confused. im trying to change my product code on my phone so i can update the firmware. i've done it before i know how to do it. just it wont scan my phone now. Scan for product...error! or when i click read it says read values...error! . i read that the latest version of pc suite and nokia connectivity cable driver cause this problem. so i downloaded an older version of pc suite and older version of the cable driver. still says it. i dont have the pc suite cd that came with my phone. i cant find it. someone have a solution? i have a nokia 6300 phone.
