Yahoo! Launch is where I watch music videos at. The only problem is that it doesn't support FireFox, as it is ActiveX controlled, so you have to open the videos in an IE tab.
For downloading I use Ares p2p program (it works like Kazaa lite did) it has lots of music videos, except Destiny's Child.
