"juno" is still free, although they limit internet to 10hrs a month, and somehow!!??!?! my friend is online more than 10hrs a month and he hasnt been charged or warned or anytthing
use the setup an internet feature within xp (if you running xp that is!) select the refer me to internet providers in my area function, it will give a list of isp's that work on a flat rate fone call basis and no monthly fees or contracts, virgin.net is one that comes to mind ;)
Dial up should be free for everyone..............in my country at least.
Every state should have public ras servers for for the less fortunate people to dial into free of charge.
After all, dial up sucks anyway, its simply not worth paying for anymore.
Broadband is fine for now, Im just glad Im fortunate enough to have it. Some people can afford it but still cant get it in their area yet...............what a bummer. :(
search for some isp on google or yahooQuote:

I use Juno. I don't have a monthly time limit, nor do I see advertisements, or get disconnected, or pay a dime to anyone. B)Quote:

do you just use the free version? did you do something special or it just never put a time limit on?
Yes I use the free version. First of all, there was never a time limit on Juno, ever, only with Netzero. I use a special "ad killer" program that removes the ads, and keeps my connection alive, so I never get disconnected. :)Quote:

EDIT: Oh crap, you guys are right, there is a 10 hr. time limit! :o
But then.... how come I don't have a limit??
Yeah I used to use juno the free service for 24 hours exactly then I would get disconnected.Quote:
