If you use IE just download MyIE2, it comes with built in pop up and ad blocker. Its very similiar to IE but with loads of other options. Also most other browsers come with built in pop up blockers. So it is not worth it to get a seperate one.
Search suprnova for it, it recently released pop up stopper pro, not sure if thats the one ur looking for, but it works really well
just search klite for ad muncher its the best
