You circled the total speed of everyone involved, not your speed. So the point of this was what? :unsure:

Trackers or whatever, some like uploaders more. For example: I was on a torrent once that would only give me max 4x my upload speed (i checked it from 10kB/s to 25kB/s and everything in between, and it was the same 4x ratio). Then, I used another torrent from the same tracker, and it was the SAME ratio of 4x. Again, I checked a large range of upload speeds, each gave a 4x ratio. Anyway, maybe its not the tracker, but whatever it is, some give ratios. :D
Hell I download off bittorrent at 400kb/s-480kb/s alot.
My upload goes to around 40kb/s if I seed.
