Re: Safest way to fileshare?
erm, use a firewall. Use Protowall and dont download new movies (like right when it comes into theaters, dont download the cams right away and when the dvd comes, dont download the rips right away.) cause the new ones are the most monitored...
Re: Safest way to fileshare?
Safest way to download files? Dont.
Safest way to share files with people you know? FTP.
Re: Safest way to fileshare?
@RcD,
question,
who is your ISP that suspended you and for how long?
Re: Safest way to fileshare?
Whats the name of that one anonymous proxy server service that was spamming us a while ago? Anon-X or something? Try them if you need a proxy server. Or you can try a free one. Prefarably the anonymous proxy servers.
Re: Safest way to fileshare?
Seriously. Everyone I know or have communications with and has been caught sharing files on P2P has been using TORRENTS.
This is why I stay away from them.
Too many users getting caught for my liking.

Re: Safest way to fileshare?
Newsgroups are the safest :01:
If you subscribe to a payserver though.
They take out all identifiable information (x-headers) when you post to newsgroups and nobody can see what you download.
I pay $10 per month for 10gigs,with a retention of more than a month.
And I've got 30 gigs in my gigbank :01:
Things you need to make the most out of your Usenet experience :D :
- A subscription to a newsserver with great retention.(I prefer Easynews ,it's cheap, great retention and webbased.)
- Newsreader (Grabit [free] | NewsLeecher [Kicks Ass! :01: ]
- A premium account at newzBin (only 50cents per week and...NZB files  )
