Good Sound Software

a quick questions.

I am looking for a software that has a library of sounds (pre-created sounds) that I can use in my project. For instance, sounds like: ocean waves, gun fires, sword fights, cars, crying, laughing....etc

Also, are there any software to easily modify voices, e.g. modify male voice into a child'c voice.

Any help on this plz. thanks
