First of all, why didn't you use a standard email provider like yahoo or gmail? The only way to recover your account now is to use their IRC channel.

LoL what a big problem , the easy way is talking with polish user here , i suppose they are polishtrackrer member and SEND PM to admin. and before this happen you could post or create a threat on their forum english section in there it appear some mod speaking english and may help you but this option is over for you. :)
