Haven't tried it myself yet,but I think i'm keeping this as an alternative to yousendit.com.

yes the register thing is a nuisance but will keep it handy
since yousendit sometimes tends to be glitchy (sometimes)

it has a meter showing how long the upload takes etc (which i really hate about yousend it
the max speed ive seen is 40KB/sec
