It'd be just the same as everything else I'd imagine. You use a CD key that somebody already has and it won't let you register. If you use a CD key that somebody later tries to use legitimately, you'd be reported and your account would be banned.

There are other sites where you can upload your movies which are separate from the official one so you could possibly use those.
As for the propshop, everything there will probably be made available for download elsewhere. You can already download all the extra costumes off of the Premier Edition on a mod site.
