What are the best Windows VPS deals available?

Which are the best VPS hosts that have windows pre-installed? My budget is around $30 per month for 60-100 GB HDD, 100 MBit line, and 1TB Bandwidth. Is it unreasonable or is it possible to find a vps that allows torrent files with the above requirements? Thanks in advance.

i dont think its possible . . windows server 2003 itself cost around 20$ to 25$

1tb bandwidth like 50$

add the system rent itself would cost 30$

Its still the best if you want a pure seed box.

Shared flux isn't exactly a seed box per say.
