What is wrong With Iplay ??

hi

iplay working fine but i was have an account

now when i log in it says

username or password incorrect:cry::cry::cry::cry:

can anybody here help me

i tried to recover
but it says that is the email was not found in the database

then your account was probably disabled

users are deleted from the database only for low ratio (below 0.4) and inactivity (28 days)
