that really funny,everytime i click on the sign up link i never get that msg,and just to be sure,i try signing up,it works,it open,just keep trying :)

@Moustafa309 it's open now :huh: maybe ""Access Denied" is about your country ip range ...(well now i am sure)

never mind I managed to signup
it was really an IP range issue.
