add on softwares in nlite? please help!

Hi,
I want to add some softwares in nlite so when i create a winxp custom installation cd all the softwares which i want are installed automatically. I don't know how to do it...I tried searching but couldn't find much info.....

In particular i want to add these softwares:

HD Copy
Snagit
Sybot Search & Destory
Your Uinstaller 2006
Diskeeper Pro
Tuneup Utilities
Zonelabs Zone Alarm
Codec pack all in one
Deep Burner Pro
Firetune
Maxthon

MP3 Collector
Taskswitch XP

Perhaps I am from a dying age, but asking in here for help with a program before checking the program's own home page is a little odd.
