Do you have the ports forwarded in your router? What speed are you uploading at? (some trackers will only give you 2x, 3x, or 4x your upload speed)
-
don't know the answer to the 1st question
download rate 18% this didn't use to happen before :(
20 upload rate
4 max d/l
help me get back my old speed.... i also patched SP2 (incase u ask)

Most routers have a NAT hardware firewall that you have to forward ports in to get good speeds. Look at your router's manual or website for instructions. Also, read this for info on the ports BT uses and for other info about it working on routers.

Your problem - SP2.
Dont get it. It limits file sharing dramatically.

I removed SP2 hated it anyways... hope this brings back my speed.... I also setup portfowarding from the things a read incase..... but i doubt i need it cause like i said this worked be-4 into that SP2 prob. the one that messed it up....

I have the same problem, tried all the above suggestions, port forwarding etc.. ended up disconnecting the CAT5 cable to the other PC and that sorted it...bit drastic.. but it worked :o
