Neville Cramer has some interesting ideas about how to solve the illegal immigration issue, including legalizing some drugs, deploying the appropriate amount of manpower and technology to secure the border, and reducing the incentive for people to come here illegally by making it nearly impossible for them to find work here through tougher employer sanctions and mandatory use of a beefed up E-Verify System.
