Probably the midtown madness series (1 is slightly better than 2 though), try them out.
Need for Speed underground
i can name 2 wich are very good
Need for speed hot pursuit 2 and Need for speed underground. those games are great racing games. especially need for speed underground, amazing game.

i was an addict to midtown madness 2 playing online!lol it used to be the best but now..not a lot of ppl come in the lobby.
so...any other good online racing (multiplayer games) game.
