its been down for about a month and its supposed to have been up for about a week now (According to the main page) but for me its still down

Oh, their status page hasn't been updated accordingly, I see that now. There are more current news in their irc channel, rather an update on their return:

Are they Swedish but site is mostly in English. Also, are invitations still open on scenehd?
