It isn't a "community".
I don't mean to sound harsh, but they don't just welcome strangers into their world unreservedly. Unless you have something to offer in the way of 100MB connections or unreleased content, they don't want anything to do with you.
u must be a part of any scene group scene to get access to one of it
if you've lucky, maybe you may have access to one dump site.
