Multi5 is usually European, 5 languages you can choose from.
NTSC-PAL should work regardless.
I think it depends on your TV. My POS only plays PAL in B&W. Although i did get PAL Marvel Vs Capcom 2 to play in colour.
Well I will download a multi5 game(Roland garros 2005) and try ... hope it will work
all multi5 games, that i've come across at torrentspy.com , are PAL...

it may work on your ps2 if your swap majic can play pal games. but chances are your tv wont play it properly, because its meant to display ntsc...
