i have a few music cd requests that i whant to put in so may be some one can upload it to usenet is their a way i can request cd rips or anything???

of course you can. i'm not a big newsgroup expert, but i think you should post a request thread on the appropriate group , and i think it should start with [REQ] followed by the name of what you're looking for
