Run bunchmark tests.
It will be faster but there really isn't much way of comparing them based on frequency or the name anymore, you need to take a look at some benchmarks or better yet run some of your own benchmarks to compare your 2 PCs specifically.
benchmarks and theoretical side.
it's all about the registers & integrated technology.
