A cue and PL?
what do i do with these?
A .cue is a file that tells your burning software how to burn the image it's connected to. A .pl file is (usually) a Perl script.

next time try google, saves you time upping a image for no reason
That's not a pl file, it's just got '_pl' at the end of it. It'd expect it's a BIN file - just burn the CUE, and see what happens.
