Are the HALO novels any good?

When did it come out?

I would like some info if anyone has read any of the books-what do you think of them-i would like to read them just waiting to see everyone's thought's

Ya I have all three, very very very good books and an awesome read worth the money.

They go very much into detail about the whole halo universe, how Master Chief was trained, from his perpective like what the training was, other spartans in the program. To how he battled the covenant and how he got home from the first Halo.

I'd def. give em a try, they're extremely descriptive.
