What Game Is This

i played it a long time ago. its a rts game. u start on some island and the bad team on another island. u have money come in as u play. u can fire missles and transport roborts over to kill the enenies base. there are air defenses ans ground defenses. u can upgrade lots of stuff. anyone know this old game?
