I broke my nose this morning.Yes, it was exercise related.
Things I learned from the experience. It doesn't really hurt. It feels funny when you touch if because there's no structure and it's now just soft. It bleeds like fuck. Concrete is hard and fuck and I don't suggest slamming your face directly into it unless you are Meg and then by all means..

I was doing cable crunches but because of the COVID I was doing them at home instead of a gym and with bands instead of cables. Who besides every child who ever played with a rubber band could have reckoned that rubber has a tensile strength?
