Yesterday Canada reported it's highest recorded temperature ever, 47.9°C ( 118°F) in the Frasier Valley in BC. For context, that surpasses the highest temperature ever in Las Vegas of 47.2 C. Luckily for BC though, it was a moist heat.

Proper etiquette prescribes that you should only congratulate someone if they were personally involved and all I can really take credit for is lighting a couple of homeless people on fire so I could film it for YouTube. .
