I've had some success with CCleaner... when a fore mentioned drives contain precious materials.... Hiren’s BootCD 15.2 is a great preventative measure...(image it)...

PS I once rode a circuit race in a park with very short laps ~ 2.5km. Early on a guy's front wheel broke, he crashed and this resulted in a bunch of spokes stabbing into him. For a while, every lap after that we had to ride through a puddle of his blood so I may be a little desensitized. On the plus side I now know that the taste of human blood isn't half bad.

If I remember correctly, that was the moment when the league outlawed metal studs on soccer shoes. I think it's all plastic or plastic coated these days.
