Re: Last one to post wins the internets
I just bought matching S&W Shields in 9mm for Missus J and I.
She wanted a pink one, but I told her no.

Congratulations on your purchases! I agree that a smaller pistol is so much nicer to carry than a bigger frame. Years ago, I used to carry an HK USP 'Compact' in a Galco shoulder holster. While it was nice feeling like I was in an episode of Miami Vice, it was never very practical.
The two of you with matching pistols makes me think of the scene in BAD Boys with the convenience store clerk who draws on them, then Will and Martin both draw on him, resulting in the clerk putting his gun down. Then they buy some gum or something.

Guess who remembers this scene more.

Re: Last one to post wins the internets
If they could only make guns that run on gasoline and endangered species blood they wouldn't probably even need any of this ghey lifestyle adverting.

It's like if back in the 1800's when they decided the solution to slavery was having more slaves.

Re: Last one to post wins the internets
I hear that America needs a new rail line. Time to find us some fresh Chinamen.

I've been reading a lot and watching a ton of videos about guns lately. Gun culture is seriously crazy. They all talk about the need for constant training. All of these mall ninja warriors collecting battle gear and weapons with no actual need has got to be a HUGE part of the school/mall shootings. It is spillover from mentally impaired teenagers with no futures inflicting pain on a world that simultaneously disregards them and gives them weapons for battles that don't exist.

But you like being on the right side of the handle.

Right side, nya? I'm really curious as to how he wields those gunz now...

Re: Last one to post wins the internets
I grew up in Northern Idaho. That means I shot things. Lots of things.
Now I only want to shoot my neighbors, members of the homeless zombie horde, and space home invaders.

Re: Last one to post wins the internets
Surrounded by Montana, Wyoming, Nevada and Oregon, Idaho certainly got the short end of the PR stick, didn't it?

Can you recommend a good recent anime?

Then you'll approve of Remington's new marketing slogan - "Because poor people have as much right to live as the rest of us, just not near you".

Re: Last one to post wins the internets
If you insist on only buying American guns but then you use them to hunt bald eagles, does that make you more or less patriotic?

Say what you will about it, in about 30 years (or less) the northern part will be the southern-most area that isn't facing a severe drought. The Washington coast will have plenty of water available *if* you enjoy it salty and covering much of what used to be cities. Good times, good times indeed!

I have no problem with this slogan. The poors make our cool stuff and food!

If you glue the feathers to your MAGA/Trump flag on your oversized diesel truck it's all good.

Re: Last one to post wins the internets
I recently discovered that I can purchase a Gatling gun. :gunsmilie

Re: Last one to post wins the internets
That ghey. There must be cheaper ways to come out.

A true American gun uses bald eagles as ammunition, so it's a zero sum.

My backlog grew a lot this year, because so many animus, so little time :( But Saikin Yatotta Maid ga Ayashii starts airing this week and the source material was good.
Akebi-chan no Sailor Fuku and Spy x Family are quite popular from what I've heard; in the latter case I'm unsure about the premise, but you can grab episode 1 and decide for yourself.

Per minute??! Shooting this thing is like buying a bitcoin-- you do it in fractions of a minute. Shut up , Idol...
Hopefully ammo prices will come down soon. 9mm ammo is somewhere around $0.75 per round and the thing goes through a 33rd magazine in 5-10 seconds. Let's say roughly $25×6= ~$150/minute
There are videos on YouTube. All the ones I've seen are the 10" barrel on pneumatic wheels, which would still be fun, but I don't think would be nearly as cool as the 16" barrel on a tripod version.
You are always thinking a step ahead, anon!

Now do the number crunching with gas prices and you'll know whether you need the gatling or the flamethrower. The right weapon for the right person :smartass:

Re: Last one to post wins the internets
Why not both? We're on the verge of going full-out Mad Max. Nothing says, 'Pick a different house.' than a wall of flames with the sound of a Gatling gun punching through the scorched earth.
I've mentioned my son, but I have not said anything about his favorite games nor how he plays them. He's a big fan of the Saints Row series. I see that he *constantly* shoots everyone in the groin. And he's very proficient at it. He shoots a few looters in the dick (I swear he coulddo it all day without any moral pondering), and our neighborhood becomes a place of solitude.

Also this guy in Indiana who shot and killed another guy who was shooting and killing people in a mall is being called "a good Samaritan"??? I mean really. Who goes to malls anymore?

Re: Last one to post wins the internets
All I'm saying is that you may be perfectly fine with the fifty-one States of America, now including China and construction workers wearing dresses but I sure the hell am not, buddy. I sure the hell am not.

Re: Last one to post wins the internets
I think it's safe to say Richard Gatling would roll over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over in his grave if he knew his invention was firing Commie bullets.
I'm guessing the mall shooter was expecting to do some harmless target practice in the old abandoned building and was completely surprised to find people inside.

Re: Last one to post wins the internets
Rich Canadian kid kills best friend with illegal full auto machinegun. Uses the hour it took to call police to replace gun with legal model, throw murder weapon in pond and invent story about hearing shot and finding his friend dead. Defense lawyer says that his client didn't lie, he merely gave the police incorrect information. Gets 5 years but argues should be left off because rights were violated as he was strip searched and left naked in front of officers for 3 minutes and gosh gee now he suffers from post traumatic shock. Beat that, Americans.

Because the title of "angel descended from Heaven" is reserved for everyone in /r/OffDutyBrazilianCop.

In America, he'd be found not guilty by reason of insanity and then countersue the police department for $5 million.

Re: Last one to post wins the internets
Don't forget, we have the 'hero' Kyle Rittenhouse who killed 2 people and injured another, then met with El presidente...
-
Re: Last one to post wins the internets
And you're saying that he wasn't tempted to continue his murderous spree even a little?
