I bought a house today, I've never bought a house before :unsure: Technically I haven't bought a house, the bank has but I've agreed to live at least 'till age 63

Also houses are the WORST! Always need something doing to them.
But I'll give you a tip. If you *can* afford to over-pay on the mortgage, DO IT. Will save you thousands in interest.
