Truly the reasons (at least some), is they need the extra money for paying off things or they are going to receive monies in a few months to repay, but really most of the time is they are maxed and the Banks won't give them anymore money and need it fast!!. Again you are not wrong in most instances, but i know a few people my friend did lend too and they did use the money for good reasons and paid him back fast!!!.. And remember the risks involved here.. If the person he lends to goes bankrupt or the first secured lender take his asset away?? my friend gets fucked!!!.
