Its pay to invite...its not going up any levels...only reason it is still on lvl 5 is because it still is so highly sought after.

(has best pretimes and most content...what more can you ask for? ...maybe less seedboxes on it lol)

Fav = Favicon pic
Name = tracker name linked to review
Seeds = Seeds
Leechers = Leechers
Members = Members
Torrent = # of alive torrents on the tracker
Pre = Pre Time # from 1-10 or even a % out of 100 if you want (same for the ones below)
Rarity = how hard it is to get in, but again, you can scrap this for me.
Speed = Speed when you download from the tracker
Content = Number of torrents, and Quality of the torrents
Community = how active are the forums, and the torrent comments
Usage = how easy it is to keep a ratio easy/medium/hard
Open = Like i said in my previous post
Overall = overall rating maybe this one could be out of 100%
Type = 0day/games/ebooks/movie etc etc
Updated = just the date it was updated by whomever updates it.

You could also have the columns sortable as well but that might take javascript which imnot sure you can do in a forum thread.

I will probably come up with more columns later, but that will do for now lol

This was more the intention of whats been done with the WTO thread. The purpose was to balance this thread. It was also intensional having that thread public and this isnt. Not sure why we would want to steer this thread in the same direction as that thread. Think theres a good balance between them now. Those new to the site are likely to read through the WTO thread before having a chance to access this thread. This sorts any issues some had this thread polluted members thoughts on rarity and such. At this stage its up to the members what they want or get from these threads...

why have 2 threads when you can just have 1 anyway, and keeping the rarity thread away from users for 1 month after joining does nothing anyway, apart from when they do eventually see it, they get hooked into all this rarity crap and forget about everything else.

Just make 1 thread, let everyone see it, yes even guests, but still have the wait for them to get into the invite section, my idea will mean that rarity is not relied upon as much as it is now, now its so prominant most new members get hooked into the hype of rarity and forget everything else.

IMO both threads are pointless as they are atm, and they need a overhaul, and imalgimating the 2 with the table i mentioned would be a good start.

maybe remove the whole level situation..... it is true that many don't even care and just dl to get buffer then trade it just because its high level, id say just leave it TrackerName[content/speed/pre-times] and nothing more, just have it
