Apparently, SoftLayer hijacked their domain, or that's what it says in the forums. The following comes from a thread in there:

and for the announce:

http://tracker.call-of-duty.eu:81/announce.php

its the only domain i am not using not the best but it will work for now

When admin sorts out yet another domain or gets the old one back this will be removed.
Until then use as you wish.

You can use that alternate domain for browsing and running your torrents until this is solved. It points to the site's real IP, so it's not a password-stealing scam.
