Just because it doesn't save to \\home\thisiswhereallmyintelectualpropertygoes doesn't mean you're not obtaining the file.
One uploads a video via a service like YouTube, the viewer then views the video which is stored in cache. This is in fact sharing now matter how you try to twist it.
